At Amoure Nail Salon, we strive to provide the highest quality service to all our clients. Our policies are designed to benefit our guests and ensure a safe, relaxing environment for everyone. Please review our booking terms and conditions below.

1. Appointments & Bookings

• Booking Methods: Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.
• Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Amoure Nail Salon. You will receive a confirmation email or text message to secure your appointment.
• Deposit: For certain services (e.g., group bookings, elaborate nail art), we may require a deposit to secure your appointment. This will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
• Rescheduling & Cancellations: We understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary.
  • We respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellations.
  • Fees: Failure to provide sufficient notice (less than 24 hours) will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the reserved service amount or forfeiture of your deposit. This fee must be paid prior to booking future appointments.
  • No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up without prior notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
• Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service (e.g., polish change only) or cancellation with applicable fees.
• Emergencies: We understand that emergencies and illness happen. Exceptions to fees may be made at management’s discretion.
• Right to Refuse Service: Amoure Nail Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting signs of illness, disrespect to staff, or safety risks.

2. Services & Pricing

• Service Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our services on our website and in our salon. However, variations may occur.
• Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. The price quoted at the time of booking is generally honored, but we reserve the right to adjust prices due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extensive nail art requiring additional time).
• Payment Methods: We accept card transactions only.
• Gratuity: Gratuity is not included in the service price and is at your discretion.

3. Health & Safety

• Hygiene: We maintain the highest standards of hygiene. All tools are properly sterilized, and single-use items are disposed of appropriately.
• Allergies & Sensitivities: Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities you may have prior to your service. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
• Medical Conditions: If you have any medical conditions (e.g., diabetes, fungal infections), please consult with your doctor before receiving nail services.
• Liability: Amoure Nail Salon is not liable for any adverse reactions due to undisclosed allergies or medical conditions.

4. Gift Cards & Vouchers

• Redemption: Gift cards and vouchers can be redeemed for services at Amoure Nail Salon.
• Expiration: Gift cards and vouchers may have an expiration date, which will be clearly stated.
• Non-Refundable: Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Lost or Stolen: Amoure Nail Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards or vouchers.

5. Intellectual Property

• Website Content: All content on our website (including text, images, logos, and designs) is the property of Amoure Nail Salon and is protected by copyright law.
• Use Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from our website without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amoure Nail Salon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or website.
• Our liability for any direct damages shall be limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to mediation in Vancouver, BC, Canada. The mediation shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the British Columbia Mediation Roster Society. If mediation is unsuccessful, the parties may then pursue other available remedies, including arbitration or litigation.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

• Amoure Nail Salon reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. The most current version of the Terms will be posted on our website.
• Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Children

• We love children but kindly request that you make arrangements prior to your appointment.
• Our spa environment is not appropriate for unsupervised children. We cannot assure their safety in our spa, nor can we assure that other guests’ relaxation will not be disrupted.
